Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Straimo provides widgets, overlays, chatbots, streaming tools, and integrations for creators and their communities. Some features are free; others require a purchase.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and legally able to accept these Terms. Obtain parental or guardian authorization where required by law.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Some features use external services, including Twitch, YouTube, Spotify, and AI or voice providers. Connecting YouTube grants Straimo read-only access to the selected channel and its live-chat data as described in our Privacy Policy. When a feature requires your own API key, it is used only if you configure it. Use of those services is also subject to their terms.

4. Acceptable Use

Do not use the service to harm others, disrupt its operation, or obtain improper benefits.

• Fraud, simulated purchases, or abuse of discounts, referral codes, or orbs
• Harassment, hate content, or unlawful activity
• Spam or unauthorized automation
• Copyright or trademark infringement
• Attempts to access accounts, data, or systems without authorization

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI and voice features may process content and generate results automatically, without prior review. These results may be inaccurate or inappropriate.

6. User Content

You retain your rights in content you upload or configure and represent that you have permission to use it. You give Straimo the permission needed to host, process, and display that content when providing the service, including overlays you choose to show on your stream.

7. Payments and Prices

Some digital products, such as widgets and add-ons, are offered for a one-time payment through PayPal. The final amount and any applicable discounts are shown before checkout. Straimo does not store full payment card numbers or PayPal account credentials.

Base prices are expressed in USD. If another currency is shown for reference, product purchases are processed in USD.

8. Purchases, Gifts, and Refunds

Purchasing a product grants a personal, non-transferable license to use it in the account receiving access; it does not transfer ownership of the software. Gift purchases grant access to the recipient account. Gifts cannot currently be purchased with orbs.

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable after delivery, except where required by law or at our discretion. If PayPal reports a refund or reversal, access to the associated product is revoked and any orbs credited to a referrer for that purchase are reversed. Associated settings may be retained under the Privacy Policy; retention does not guarantee access without a valid purchase.

Promotional discounts may be subject to limits and conditions disclosed at checkout.

9. Tips

Tips are voluntary payments supporting a creator, separate from purchases of Straimo products. They do not automatically grant product access or generate referral orbs. Tips are processed through PayPal. Before paying, check the amount, recipient, and information you choose to share. Refunds and disputes are handled under applicable PayPal rules and law.

10. Orbs

Orbs are a virtual balance used to pay the full orb price of eligible products in the store. Currently, a product costs 100 orbs per USD of its base price; for example, a USD 20 product costs 2,000 orbs. The price is shown before confirmation.

Orbs are not money and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed for cash, or transferred between accounts. If a purchase made with orbs requires review or a refund, contact support; its handling depends on the circumstances and applicable law.

11. Referral Codes

You can edit your referral code within the limits shown by Straimo. You cannot use your own code or apply it to a purchase for your own account. The code must be entered during an eligible PayPal checkout.

Once that purchase is completed, the code owner receives orbs worth 20% of the base price in orbs of the purchased products, rounded down. For example, a USD 20 product earns 400 orbs for the referrer. The reward is not calculated on payment surcharges, discounts, or tips. If payment is refunded or reversed, awarded orbs are deducted even if this results in a negative balance.

We may prevent abusive use of codes and correct balances obtained through fraud or verifiable errors. Future changes to earning rates will be communicated before they apply to new purchases.

12. Availability

The service is provided as available and may experience interruptions. Continuous availability of third-party integrations and services is not guaranteed.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Straimo is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of the service. This does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

14. Privacy

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy .

15. Termination

We may suspend or delete accounts for violations of these Terms or to protect the service and its users. Termination does not remove legal obligations relating to payments and records.

16. Changes

We will show the last updated date. When a change is significant, we will endeavor to notify you through available channels before it takes effect. If you disagree, you may stop using the service.
