Terms of Service

1. Service Description

Straimo provides digital tools for live content creators, including widgets, overlays, chatbots, third-party integrations, artificial intelligence features, and related services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old or the legal minimum age in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to accept these terms.

3. Third-Party Integrations

Some features require OAuth or external authentication. You are responsible for your third-party accounts and permissions.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for unlawful or abusive conduct.

• Illegal or fraudulent activity
• Harassment or hateful content
• Unauthorized spam or automation
• Copyright or trademark violations
• Security exploitation attempts

5. Artificial Intelligence Features

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for supervising its use.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Straimo a limited license to operate and display the service.

7. Fees and Payments

Some features and digital products, including widgets, overlays, and add-ons ("Products"), are offered for a one-time fee. Payments are processed by PayPal. Straimo does not store your full payment card details.

Prices are set and charged in US Dollars (USD). When you select a different display currency, the amount shown is an approximate conversion for reference only; the actual charge processed by PayPal will be in USD.

8. Purchases, Refunds, and Access

Purchasing a Product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use it within your Straimo account. Purchases do not transfer ownership of the underlying software.

Digital purchases are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or at Straimo’s discretion. If a payment is refunded or reversed for any reason, including through PayPal or your payment provider, access to the associated Product will be revoked. Any configuration or data associated with that Product is retained and will be restored if access is repurchased.

Promotional discounts, including first-purchase discounts and discount codes, are limited to one use per account, may be modified or discontinued at any time, and may be revoked if Straimo determines they were obtained through fraudulent or abusive behavior.

9. Service Availability

The service is provided “as is” without guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Straimo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Privacy

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms.

12. Termination

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
